Kashif Shah leads Strategy at Weaves Corporation Limited, where he plays a key role in driving the company’s financial strategy, corporate governance and value creation. He oversees financial planning, analysis and reporting, as well as global logistics, store roll-out planning and procurement, with a focus on optimising resource allocation and supporting sustainable growth.

His career includes senior roles at J.P. Morgan, HBL and UBL, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer of Aisha Steel Mills. He also co-founded and served as Founding Chairperson of the Viability Gap Fund, established in partnership with the Government of Sindh, with participation from the Asian Development Bank and DFID-UK.

Kashif holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics from Government College University, Lahore.
