Yousuf Agha leads Fabrics at Weaves Corporation Limited, where he is responsible for efficient sourcing, process improvement and ensuring compliance with sourcing and diversification strategies.

With over two decades of experience in the textile industry, he has worked with and led manufacturing operations at leading textile companies including Union Fabrics, Mustaqim and Afroze Textiles. He has also worked closely with international retailers including IKEA, Next, M&S, Lidl, Tesco and Target, and was the first Pakistani to complete IKEA’s global one-year Business Development & Leadership training programme.

Yousuf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from Preston University.
